Notifications
TeamWeb AI’s notification system alerts you when things happen — tasks complete, content is reviewed, or errors occur. Notifications are delivered through multiple channels: an in-app bell and email. Each user can configure which events they care about and how they want to be notified. For broadcasting events to external services, see System Webhooks.
Notification Bell
The notification bell icon appears in the top bar next to your name. A red badge shows the number of unread notifications.
- Click the bell to open a dropdown with your 10 most recent notifications
- Click a notification to navigate to the relevant page and mark it as read
- Mark all read clears the unread count
The badge polls for new notifications every 30 seconds automatically.
Notification Types
TeamWeb AI generates notifications for the following events:

| Task awaiting review | A task produced draft content that needs review | In-app, immediate email, digest |

| Content status changed | Content was approved or rejected | In-app, digest |
Notification List
Navigate to Notifications from the bell dropdown or directly at /notifications to see a paginated list of all your notifications. From here you can:
- Review older notifications
- Mark individual notifications as read
- Mark all notifications as read
- Access your notification preferences
