MCP Servers

The MCP Servers tab on the assistant detail page lets you enable or disable MCP servers for the assistant. For details on setting up MCP servers, see the MCP Servers section.

Enabling MCP Servers

Toggle MCP servers on or off for the assistant. Only active servers with discovered tools appear in the list.

When an MCP server is enabled, its tools are included alongside built-in and plugin tools during conversations. The assistant can call any enabled MCP tool based on the conversation context and its instructions.

MCP servers must be created and have their tools discovered before they can be enabled for an assistant. See MCP Servers for setup instructions.
